Musti Group to acquire shares in Petrus Veterinærer AS

Finnish retailer Musti Norge AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Musti Group ("Musti"), has signed a share subscription agreement (SSA) to acquire 40 per cent of Petrus Veterinærer AS ("Petrus"). The transaction will take the form of an issue of new shares.

Petrus operates two clinics in the fast-growing Norwegian veterinary market and provides veterinary services to Norwegian pets and pet owners at affordable prices. Petrus' turnover in 2023 was 13 mio NOK and the company is profitable, according to the press release. „This is the natural next step for Musti in Norway and a great added value for our customers and all pet owners in Norway. Petrus has achieved a high level of customer satisfaction and we will continue to build on this foundation,” says David Rönnberg, CEO of Musti Group.
