High expectations in Guanghzou

The 28th edition of the China International Pet Show will take place in Guangzhou from 10 to 13 September. More than 1 200 exhibitors and over 80,000 trade visitors are expected to attend. “The 20-plus conferences and activities will offer insights on the changes and trends in China, Asia and worldwide in the industry,”states the organiser.

In order to maximise the visibility of brands and enterprises, and to better showcase their products, the registration channel for the CIPS Innovation Award and the New Products Showcase is now open. The CIPS Innovation Award will only be awarded to products that are new on or after 1 July 2023. The New Products Showcase will only be open to products that are new on or after 1 January 2024.

The first CIPS World Famous Cat Tour will be held during the fair. It has been initiated and will be conducted by the CIPS in conjunction with GPGA Guangdong Pet Grooming Association and IGC Companion Cat Management Division (referred to as IGC Companion Cat Club). The aim is to provide a platform for communication and competition among Chinese purebred cat breeders regarding breeding standards and the aesthetic expression of breeding results.
