Croci acquires Creaciones Arppe

Italian Croci Group has acquired the Spanish company Creaciones Arppe. The takeover will enable Croci to advance its international growth and multibrand strategy. It also marks the start of pet accessory production, according to Croci.

Creaciones Arppe is located close to Valencia. It has a plant there manufacturing an extensive product portfolio featuring leashes and comfort items, with a particular focus on pet beds and cushions. The company has long been present in the leading Spanish pet store chains, where 90 per cent of the products have been marketed hitherto under its own label Arppe.
