Petmark acquires 34 Maxi-Zoo stores

The Italian Maxi-Zoo stores that the Fressnapf Group was instructed to surrender by the Italian cartel office in connection with the merger of Arcaplanet and Fressnapf Italia are being taken over by Petmark. According to Fressnapf, 34 stores are being relinquished. The parties to the transaction have agreed not to disclose details of the purchase price or other aspects of the deal.

Petmark has been operating in the Italian market for 30 years. It has 18 stores in northern Italy, including in Turin, in Brescia and in and around Milan.
