The retailer Maxi Zoo France, part of the Fressnapf Group, has launched its mobile app. The launch was accompanied by the unveiling of the newly designed loyalty programme Maxi Zoo Friends, which is only accessible via the app. This offers an immediate discount of 5 per cent on purchases in store and online.
The app is available free on Apple and in the Play Store. It offers access to the online shop and information about the relevant store. It also features editorial content, advice and targeted sales offers for everyone who has completed a profile of their pet.
During 2023 a premium version of the Friends programme will be added. This is expected to include additional services such as access to veterinary consultations over the phone.
