"The Interzoo organiser WZF and NürnbergMesse are closely tracking the development of the pandemic. Our sophisticated safety and hygiene concept and the provision of testing capacity in combination with the considerable size of the halls, in which the air is completely replaced several times per hour, offer suitable conditions for a safe fair experience involving international exhibitors and visitors. To enable you to plan your show participation, we have decided to proceed with Interzoo on the set dates of 24-27 May 2022, taking into account the prognoses of virologists and the experience gained over the last two years and with a view to providing planning security."
The WZF feels that the move of the world's biggest industrial trade show, the Hannover Fair, to 30 May to 2 June - thus a few days after Interzoo - also gives credibility to its decision. "This strengthens our assessment that we have taken the correct decision with regard to the date," said WZF managing director Gordon Bonnet.
