Martin Spengler embarked on his career with the L'Oreál Group, working as director of retail development among other things. His most recent role was as international director of e-commerce & consumer products for Weight Watchers International.
Sibylle Geisert has already worked on consumer brands such as Pedigree, Frolic and Whiskas. She was most recently employed as head of strategic international brand management/consumer insights for Douglas, where she was responsible for the strategic orientation of the brand in international marketing.
