Super U tests shop-in-shop system with pet products

The Super U supermarket chain, part of the French retail cooperative Système U, is piloting a shop-in-shop system with pet products at its Mûrs-Érigné store close to Angers.
Under the name "Truffes et Poils"(Truffles and Hair), special foods are being presented on a 60 m² retail area along with products from the food bar, care products and accessories. The attractively designed shop system also offers specialist advice and a separate POS, normally a feature only of the pet supplies trade.
