Yantai China Pet Foods to open European office

According to reports from within the industry, the Yantai-based manufacturer of pet food products is clearly planning to open an office in Europe. The reports also suggest that the new company, Yantai China Pet Foods Europe, will be headed by Martien van Bohemen. He has been the general sales manager of Wanpy Europe Petfoods in Voorhout, located between The Hague and Amsterdam, since May 2018. It is assumed that the new office will also be established in the Netherlands.
Yantai China Pet Foods was founded in 1998 and currently exports its products to over 50 countries. It also operates twelve pet food factories globally. Seven years ago it built a dry food factory as part of a joint venture with Vitakraft.
