Botanic taking over Pépinières de Bavent

As of 1 January 2019, the French garden centre chain Botanic will acquire the hitherto independently operated chain Pépinières de Bavent. Pépinières de Bavent operates six garden centres in western France and turns over approx. 25 mio euros annually. Botanic is to keep on the 120 employees of the company and is not intending to make any changes to the range and concept of Pépinières, which is very well-known and popular in western France on account of its high-quality products.
