General Pet becomes Trixie Italia

Founded by Franco Castegnaro and Maria Luisa Viale in 1987 the company General Pet Manufactoring SRL started producing cushions and beds for cats and dogs for the domestic market with the brand “Bengy”. 1994 General Pet became a reliable business partner to German company Trixie. Extensions in 2000 and 2002 were necessary in order to store the increasing number of sales articles as well as to go on with the production. Meanwhile 11 employees in office and warehouse and 25 representatives in whole Italy ensure a quick and careful processing of the incoming orders which run up to 40 pcs per day.
