New directors at Pets Mart

Pets Mart has named Rita V. Foley (51) and Jeffery W. Yabuki (44) to its board of directors, bringing its board membership to ten. Yabuki replaces Thomas O’Malley, who has resigned from the board to devote more time to his responsibilities at Premcor. Rita Foley is president of the consumer packaging group and senior vice president of Mead-Westvaco Corporation. Jeff Yabuki is executive vice president and chief operating officer for H & R Block.
