J.M. Smucker expands board of directors

Manufacturer J.M. Smucker announced the appointment of Jonathan E. Johnson to the management board. This increases the number of board members to 12.
Johnson is currently CEO of the online retailer Overstock. He has been with the company since 2002 in various posts, including as director and president of Overstock's risk capital company Medici Ventures. Before working for Overstock, Johnson was general counsel and CFO of the software and service company TenFold Corporation.
