New majority shareholder

The internationally active Danish company Tropica Aquarium Plants has a new majority shareholder. With effect from 1 May, Clemens Capital Partners (CCP) will acquire a 60 per cent holding in the company. Tropica’s founder, Holger Windeløv, is to remain co-owner and will take an active part in the work of the board of directors, according to a statement from the firm. He will also continue to assist in product development. The company had been looking for a suitable investor for some time.
