Danes acquire majority shareholding

Damolin, the Danish supplier of cat litter and absorber products based in Fur, is now the main shareholder in the French manufacturing company Moglia of Etréchy, which operates in the same product segment. Damolin acquired 60 per cent of the shares on 31 December 2003. Moglia’s management team and staff are being kept on. The companies have been working together for a number of years.
