Ceva appoints new CFO

The French company Ceva Animal Health announces a change in management with the appointment of Christophe Bailet as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as of 1 October. He succeeds Alain de Woillemont, who held this position for ten years.

Bailet began his career as a financial analyst at Société Générale and then spent 20 years at Compagnie de Saint-Gobain in various senior financial positions, particularly with a focus on international activities. He then worked as CFO for the Benvic and Kem One groups, both LBO companies and leaders in the vinyl sector.

In his new role, Bailet will be primarily responsible for overseeing the Group's next refinancing cycle and strengthening its financial performance.
