In April, Philipp Elsbrock became head of brand & communications at the pet food supplier Vegdog. In this newly created role, he will oversee the brand and communications strategy of the Munich company with the aim of strengthening the positioning of the brand and raising its profile.
Elsbrock previously spent five years as editor-in-chief for the German edition of gourmet magazine Falstaff. A graduate of the Henri Nannen School of Journalism, he started his career in political journalism. After stints with the Financial Times Germany and the Berlin office of Stern, he turned his attentions to gourmet food in 2013.
