PET worldwide seeks innovative newcomers

Like every other business, the pet sector also needs fresh ideas for the future. The trade magazine PET worldwide wishes to encourage this process. That is why, at the International Pet Conference in Bologna on 11 and 12 October, it is offering five newcomer companies the opportunity to introduce themselves and their products to a wide audience. Interested new firms and start-ups can put in an application here by 10 June.
The companies that will appear in Bologna will be selected by the editorial team of PET worldwide. Each of the five nominees will present their company and products at the International Pet Conference in a live pitch plus film lasting around five minutes. The winner will then receive the Best Newcomer Award on the first day of the conference.
The recipient of the award will be determined by the readers of PET worldwide in an online ballot and by delegates attending the International Pet Conference. In the overall ranking, the votes of PET worldwide readers and conference visitors will account respectively for 50 per cent of the total.
