Hornbach opens a DIY store in Nitra

After a construction period lasting twelve months, the home improvement company Hornbach opened its fifth store in Nitra, Slovakia, on 16 March. Located in Pantera Business District, a new commercial district, the store covers over 16 000 m². It offers Hornbach's DIY and garden range currently comprising around 120 000 items and employs 100 staff.
Hornbach has invested roughly 21 mio euros in the site and in building and fitting out the store. The other four stores are located in Bratislava (2) and in Košice and Prešov in eastern Slovakia.
