Award for Mondi in Hungary

The paper and packaging company Mondi has received the Hungaropack Award for its sustainable paper-based Flexibag from the Hungarian Association for Packaging and Materials Handling.
The FlexiBag is manufactured from renewable paper resources and has a functional plastic barrier guaranteeing top-class product protection, according to the company. The packaging convinced the jury by its potential for minimising plastic waste in countless sectors and segments, especially in the case of dry perishable goods. The material was also recognised for the quality of the printing.
