“No plans for a dedicated pet supplies chain or for the sale of the company”

Flamingo has now issued a press release distancing itself from persistent rumours that the company or its proprietor, Erwin van Tendeloo, is planning to establish a speciality chain comprising 20 to 25 stores. According to these rumours, Erwin van Tendeloo has reportedly also sold the company, an assertion likewise refuted by Flamingo. The company has also stressed that there are no plans to create a chain or to sell Flamingo in the future either. On the contrary, the intention is to continue the path followed to date as a pet supplies wholesaler and to grow the company in and outside Belgium.
