No Dezoofa in 2009

The pet product show Dezoofa in Wiesbaden will not take place in 2009, the Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft Zoologischer Fachbetriebe (WZF) and the Zentralverband Zoologischer Fachbetriebe (ZZF) have announced. The basic conditions in the exhibition halls and the current financial situation of the German pet supplies trade were viewed as inadequate for positive further development of the fair, according to a press release by the WZF and ZZF. It has not yet been decided whether the fair is to be organised at a later date in a different location and on the basis of a different concept.
