Herbert Bollhöfer steps down from his posts in the ZZF

On 30 October Herbert Bollhöfer relinquished his responsibilities within the Zentralverband Zoologischer Fachbetriebe (ZZF) with immediate effect. He has also terminated the agency agreement with the Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft Zoologischer Fachbetriebe (WZF) GmbH in keeping with the required notice period on 30 June 2008. Bollhöfer held various posts representing the association and the WZF. From1987 to1997 he was president of the ZZF, and from November 1999 managing director of the WZF GmbH. In his resignation address Bollhöfer says that he will remain a member and honorary president of the ZZF and will “also be available in future on occasions” at the association’s request.
