EU certificate granted

American pet food manufacturer ANF Specialities, based in Nacogdoches (Texas), has gained certification under Regulation (EC) No. 1774/2002, according to its German importer Heimtierzentrum. This certificate is necessary for exporting to the EU and states that manufacturers from the USA must verify the origin of the poultry material used and the date of production of meat and poultry used in manufacturing the products.
