Focus on customer orientation

The Global Pets Forum is taking place in Amsterdam from 22-23 January 2004, with “The customer is king” as its theme. The list of speakers features prominent names from trade and industry, including Anthony Preston, the chairman and chief executive of Pets at Home, Henri Lagarde, president and chief executive of Royal Canin, and Robert Krause, the president of Pets International. The Global Pets Forum Award will be presented once again, with three nominated companies from industry and the wholesale and retail sector presenting their concepts for implementing customer orientation in practice.
