New personnel director

Pets Mart has appointed a new head of human resources: Francesca Spinelli succeeds Carol M. Cox as vice president, people. Prior to the move, she occupied the same position at the electronics retailer RadioShack, having previously worked on organisational development for Wal-Mart.
